## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 负责量化CTA产品的日常投资运作，监控策略实盘表现，在授权范围内对投资组合进行动态调整；
- 研究期货、期权市场规律，独立开发、回测并优化量化交易策略（包括但不限于趋势、套利、高频等），持续迭代以提升策略绩效表现；
- 运用统计学、机器学习等方法进行因子挖掘、风险建模和组合优化；
- 参与或主导量化交易系统的开发、维护与优化，保障策略的稳定高效执行；
- 对策略进行全面的绩效评估与归因分析，撰写定期报告；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，数学、统计、计算机、物理、金融工程等相关专业优先；
- 具备3年以上量化策略研究或实盘管理经验，有可验证的、良好的量化投资业绩记录，具备从完整策略开发到实盘管理闭环经验者优先；
- 具有扎实的数据处理、建模和算法能力，精通Python、熟练掌握C++、SQL 者优先；
- 具有较强的逻辑思维、学习能力和创新精神，风险意识强；
- 具有证券从业和基金从业资格。
