## Job description

### 工作职责
- 熟悉二级市场和基金业务，分析市场数据，建立权益型、固收+、FOF、基金投顾组合等基金投资分析模型；
- 研究多资产配置策略，研发并管理基金投资组合，跟踪组合表现、风险指标，撰写相关分析报告；
- 根据业务需求，进行基金的优选、筛选、调研等工作，维护基金筛选池；
- 利用AI技术，协助建设和维护基金数据库、市场数据库、量化指标库以及投研平台；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、统计等相关专业优先；
- 熟悉多资产配置理论，对A股、美股、债券等市场中的一个或多个有深入研究，有基金组合管理工作经验者优先；
- 对市场敏感，能独立完成基金研究分析工作，具备良好报告撰写能力；
- 具备较强的数据处理及分析能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握SQL/Python/R/SAS等工具，熟练使用AI工具者优先；
- 学习能力强，有较强的逻辑思维及沟通协作能力；
- 具备扎实的金融知识基础，通过基金/证券从业资格考试者优先。
