## Job description

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上开发经验，2年以上架构设计经验；
- 具备高并发、高可用的分布式系统开发及架构设计落地经验；
- 具备海量数据场景下的数据库架构设计与性能调优经验；
- 熟悉软件工程理论与工程化实践，具备研发流程管控与技术质量保障能力；
- 具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力，可有效推动架构方案落地与共识达成。

### 工作职责
- 负责系统架构设计与优化，规划高并发、高可用系统架构，持续演进技术路线，解决性能瓶颈；
- 主导关键技术难题，落地前沿技术（如云原生、AI），确保技术竞争力；
- 进行系统保障与治理，制定高可用策略，推动安全合规，提升系统稳定性；
- 指导开发团队，制定技术规范，组织技术培训，推动工程方法论落地；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。
