## Job description

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，两年及以上社区运营经验；
- 具备优秀的用户洞察和内容策划能力，具备内容推荐系统运营经验者优先；
- 具备良好的数据分析和用户研究能力，能够通过数据分析发现问题并提出解决方案；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神；
- 具备金融行业背景或大型互联网公司社区运营经验者优先。

### 工作职责
- 负责公司社区板块的日常运营工作；
- 根据市场热点和用户需求情况，完成社区运营方案设计及策划工作，并推动从概念到上线的全流程；
- 负责与开发团队紧密合作，确保运营方案的准确实施；
- 负责定期汇总分析各运营方案数据，总结运营效果并持续优化；
- 负责研究市场行业竞品的运营策略方案，做好分析调研工作；
- 完成领导交办的其他工作。
