## Job description

### 工作职责
- 参与调研、规划、设计证券业务类服务，推动业务功能上线并持续优化服务；
- 参与证券投顾业务的签约转化，通过品牌运营、活动运营和内容运营等方式提升用户体验；
- 通过有效运营方式，提升用户投顾认知，提高用户交易决策效率；
- 完善用户生命周期运营，通过数据模型开展有效的精细化分层运营，实现整体业务数据提升；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，热爱证券市场，具备一定金融、证券及运营专业知识；
- 具有较强的沟通能力，抗压力性较好；
- 具备较强的逻辑思维与数据分析能力；
- 具备证券、基金从业资格者优先。
