## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 工作职责
- 根据研究业务规划，对行业政策和基本面进行跟踪研究；
- 与上市公司建立良好的关系，进行调研和跟踪，产出高质量的研究报告；
- 通过联合调研、路演、线下会议等形式，为客户做好研究服务；
- 管理所在研究团队，制定研究计划，把控研报质量；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、会计、管理等相关专业，具有理工科复合背景或相关产业经验者优先；
- 具有6年以上券商研究所或相关研究工作经验，有丰富的卖方研究和服务能力，具备一定市场影响力，过往具有新财富相关履历者可适当放宽年限要求；
- 对行业具有深入的理解，能够全面分析并覆盖行业内的领军企业；
- 对证券研究充满热情，具备沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
