## Job description

### 该岗位为东方财富证券股份有限公司招聘 岗位职责
- 跟踪信用债一二级市场动态并对投资标的进行信用评级工作；
- 日常跟踪持仓的信用风险变化情况，并完成定期跟踪报告；
- 建立和完善评级模型及相关数据库；
- 结合市场情况和政策变化等，开展相关的信用研究、策略研究，完成信用专题；
- 完成部门交办的其他工作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，经济、金融、财务等相关专业；
- 具备一年以上券商、基金、保险和银行等金融机构信用债投资或研究工作经验；
- 熟悉债券市场及固定收益投资工具，具有敏锐的市场反应和洞察力，具有较强的债券投资研究能力和证券投资知识理论基础；
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力、书面表达能力和严谨认真的做事态度，责任心强，有较好的团队合作意识。
