## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责员工腐败或违规行为的稽查和处理；
- 定期对公司各部门进行廉洁巡访工作，主动发现问题；
- 负责公司运营过程中制度规范、决策决议执行情况的监督检查，防范与识别公司各环节的风险；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，法律、审计、侦查、法律等相关专业； 2、5年以上从事廉政和监察相关工作经验，有互联网、金融、IT、营销等行业经验者优先，有经侦工作经验优先； 3、熟悉廉政或违规核查工作，对风控环境建设类、人员访谈类工作有一定的方法； 4、有较强的逻辑思维能力、组织能力、沟通能力，廉洁公正，有强烈的责任感、保密意识以及细致敏锐的洞察力。
