## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责公司客服热线的日常接线工作；
- 负责解答客户的证券相关业务咨询，记录并反馈客户的投诉、建议和问题；
- 完成公司安排的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 大专及以上学历，具有证券从业资格者优先；
- 熟练使用电脑，可操作基础的办公软件（如office等）；
- 普通话流利，具备良好的客户服务意识和沟通能力，有客服相关经验者优先。
