## Job description

### 工作职责
- 拓展并维护大型金融机构客户，销售金融终端产品，完成合同签约；
- 建立并维护机构关系，与机构用户形成长期良好的合作关系；
- 汇总和梳理用户需求，向产品团队提供有价值的产品线索；
- 组织并督促团队成员定期学习产品和业务知识，提高触客成功率；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，经济/金融类专业优先；
- 具备2年及以上销售管理经验，带领过3人以上小团队，熟悉券商基本业务与内部运转机制，具有终端类产品或SAAS平台销售经验者优先；
- 具备良好的团队组织能力、沟通表达能力、人际交往能力和抗压能力；
- 熟练掌握Choice数据金融终端。
