## Job description

### 职责描述
- 负责跟踪全市场基⾦产品，维护重点基⾦池，构建并优化基⾦评价体系；
- 负责开发及管理基⾦投顾策略，定期评估组合表现并持续调仓；
- 负责投顾产品形态创新，构建多元化资产配置⽅案以满⾜客⼾投顾需求；
- 负责对客服务，包括但不限于撰写定期投资报告、市场解读，组织策略分享会等；
- 完成公司交办的其他⼯作。

### 任职要求
- 本科及以上学历；
- 具备证券从业资格和基金从业资格者优先；
- 具备三年以上基金或股票投研相关经验；
- 具备良好的表达能力和写作能力。
