## Job description

### 任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，金融、经济相关专业； 2、3年以上公募基金研究经验，具有扎实的基金分析理论基础； 3、擅长数据的整理和分析，具有量化分析能力者优先； 4、逻辑清晰、思维敏捷，具有较强的自驱力。

### 工作职责
- 关注市场走势，撰写基金调研报告；
- 完成研究任务，提供各专题类研究报告；
- 跟踪国内外宏观经济、重大政策等变化，及时进行分析和解读；
- 完成公司交办的其他工作。
