## Job description

### 工作职责
- 负责建立理财产品矩阵并持续跟踪产品业绩表现，推动部门业绩目标实现；
- 负责高净值客群资产配置方案，持续优化产品营销思路；
- 负责制定私行客户服务方案，通过相关数据进行分析并持续优化服务方案；
- 负责撰写产品路演稿件、支持部门投教等综合事务工作；
- 完成公司安排的其他工作。

### 任职资格
- 本科及以上学历，金融相关专业，CFA、CPA、CFP持证者优先；
- 具有3年以上理财产品研究分析与私行业务推动经验，熟悉各种产品的投资策略类型，具有金融培训经验者优先；
- 具有投资研究等方面的知识理论与较强的逻辑分析能力，对宏观经济有较强认识，对证券基金市场有深刻了解；
- 具有高度的责任感和工作热情，具有较强的沟通协调能力、执行力和团队合作意识；
- 能接受阶段性的出差工作。
