[Apply on DSV’s careers site →](https://jobs.dsv.com/job/Guadalajara-Checker-JAL-45690/1388110033/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [DSV](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/dsv/) / Checker ## Job description ### Job Req Number 98662 Time Type: Full Time Llevar a cabo la coordinación de las actividades de los almacenistas en las áreas de almacenaje recibo y embarque. - Operar todo el equipo de manejo de materiales. - Monitorear la descarga de los camiones. - Monitorear la captura del material a tiempo en el sistema GICS - Manejar el producto dañado de acuerdo a los procedimientos de la Empresa - Monitorear el acomodo de materiales para facilitar el sistema FIFO (1ra entrada, 1ra salida). - Realizar un checklist en base diaria de acuerdo a las asignaciones de su área. - Coordinarse con el supervisor de embarques para cubrir los embarques cortos/urgentes. - Llevar a cabo conteos cíclicos/inventarios físicos, cuando se requiera. - Puede realizar los movimientos en sistema de las transferencias internas y dar retroalimentación a los Rep de servicio al Cliente una vez completada. - Asegurar que el material listo a embarcar salga en su tiempo establecido. - Asegurar que todos los embarques SOS se envíen dentro del tiempo estipulado - Garantizar entregas a tiempo y prever recursos cuando las entregas no estén en tiempo. - Control y seguimiento de los RMAs. - Auxiliar en la recolección de datos para el QOS mensual. - Participar en la elaboración de los reportes 8D según se requiera. - Mantener información actualizada en los tableros y ayudas visuales del área. - Informar al Gerente de operaciones JIT sobre problemas con los códigos de barras. - Estar en comunicación vía mail con el resto de las aéreas de JIT ### Mantener disciplina en - o Uso de montacargas (mantenimiento de baterías, control de velocidad, etc.). o Cuidar el equipo de trabajo (cómputo, escaleras, montacargas, equipo de seguridad etc.) - Reportar a su supervisor cualquier problema que surja en el sistema, los datos y el equipo.
