## Job description

### Job Req Number

127924 Time Type: Full Time Responsibilities: Delivering the highest quality service within domestic road freight operations. Handling email and telephone communication with Customers and Branch Offices. Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information. Working with assigned process KPIs and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

### Requirements

Willingness to work in a shift system. Experience in customer service. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills. Ability to independently seek solutions and identify new opportunities. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emerging challenges.
