You understand the dynamics of a warehouse and know what it takes to help a team succeed. As a team lead, you oversee both inbound and outbound operations, monitor daily performance, and coach your team to get the best out of every individual. You keep a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring every order is completed accurately and shipped on time. ### You achieve this by coordinating daily operational activities during the morning Blue Box team briefing; keeping our Customer Service team informed about the previous day's performance and the day's operational priorities; monitoring productivity across the warehouse and proactively identifying and resolving operational issues; contributing to projects that continuously improve our logistics processes and ways of working; actively monitoring KPIs and ensuring operational targets are achieved; working with our WMS (CargoWRITE) and handling a variety of people-related administrative tasks.
