[Apply on DSV’s careers site →](https://jobs.dsv.com/job/Singapore-Senior-Project-Manager-04-486149/1422712133/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [DSV](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/dsv/) / Senior Project Manager ## Job description ### Job Req Number 123571 Time Type: Full Time - Provide innovative re-engineered proposal/ solution with data analysis to new/ existing accounts - Lead and conduct customer business process workshop jointly with SD team - Project management of workshop with issue logs and implementation of customer’s agreed final solution/initiatives - Establish and justify all capital expenditure /investment fund requirements - Select of appropriate warehouse facility, equipment and storage system with efficient workflows - Carry out optimization/continuous process improvement project to improve warehouse efficiency with optimal resource manning level - Implement of productivity initiatives/re-engineering of processes of existing accounts - Lead project team in the transition of warehouse inventory & warehouse relocation activities - Assist internal and external solution workshop particularly on the automation solution, ensuring most efficient and optimized operation - Assist to implement automation and integrated solution & bidding with detailed analysis for new and existing businesses - Work closely with automation colleague and other stakeholders on automation concepts and solutions for new and existing customers. ### Requirements - To release approved operation processes, project documentation adopting logical implementation methodology and feasibility study within the company. - Authorize to raise purchase requisition for equipment and contract services within approved budget or project allocation. - Adaptability and yet curious in problem solving plus digital savvy - Excellent data analytical skills with knowledge of warehouse processes and system - Able to perform with minimal supervision and have good interpersonal skill - Ability to manage multiple project/ tasks concurrently and perform under time pressure - Good presentation skill. Must be able to present proposal effectively internally and externally - Team player who is self-driven individual, committed and high degree of professional integrity plus postive attitude - Academic background in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Supply Chain preferred - Prince2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent will be an added advantage - Proficiency in use of design software like Autocad, Solidworks or equivalent fly-through tools and MS applications will be an advantage - Have demonstrated record of leading successful change initiatives.
