Über dich und deine Ausbildung Ausbildungsberuf: Chemikant:in Standort: Greppin (Bitterfeld) ### Ausbildungsstart August 2027 Dauer: 3,5 Jahre (Verkürzung bei guten Leistungen möglich) ### Stell dir vor Du steuerst Produktionsanlagen und sorgst dafür, dass aus nachwachsenden Rohstoffen hochwertige Produkte für die Bauindustrie entstehen. Diese Produkte helfen jeden Tag dabei, moderne Baustoffe leistungsfähiger und nachhaltiger zu machen. Wie? ### Genau das lernst du bei uns praxisnah, modern und nachhaltig! Deine Ausbildung erfolgt über den Ausbildungsverbund am Chemiestandort Bitterfeld-Wolfen in Zusammenarbeit mit Bayer. So verbindest du fundierte theoretische und praktische Ausbildung mit wertvollen Einblicken in einen der traditionsreichsten Chemiestandorte Deutschlands. Deine Aufgaben – Praxis pur Von Anfang an Praxis: Du lernst, wie chemische Produktionsanlagen sicher gefahren, überwacht und gesteuert werden. ### Produktion live erleben Du bedienst moderne Anlagen sowohl vor Ort als auch über Prozessleitsysteme und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb. ### Prozesse verstehen Du kontrollierst wichtige Prozessdaten und unterstützt dabei, dass Qualität, Sicherheit und Anlagenleistung jederzeit stimmen. ### Qualität sicherstellen Du entnimmst Proben, führst Kontrollanalysen durch und stellst sicher, dass unsere Produkte höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. ### Verantwortung übernehmen Du arbeitest nach hohen Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards und trägst zu einem sicheren und nachhaltigen Anlagenbetrieb bei. Keine Sorge! Wir bringen dir alles Schritt für Schritt bei! Qualifikationen Guter Realschulabschluss. Interesse an Chemie, Naturwissenschaften und technischen Zusammenhängen. Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse mit der Bereitschaft, diese weiterzuentwickeln. Deine Fertigkeiten Interesse an Chemie, Technik und daran, wie aus Rohstoffen hochwertige Produkte entstehen. Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsdenken. Teamgeist – gemeinsam macht's mehr Spaß und sorgt für einen sicheren Anlagenbetrieb. Sorgfalt und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Arbeit an Produktionsanlagen und bei Qualitätskontrollen. Neugier und die Lust, Prozesse zu verstehen, Probleme zu lösen und jeden Tag etwas Neues zu lernen.
