Focuses on developing long term customer relationships. Sales are typically achieved through assigned accounts and qualified leads. Assesses customers’ needs and presents the features and benefits of product/service offerings to existing/new customers. Also engages in contract renewals, price negotiation, and volume discounts for customer retention and continued business An Professional 1 applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
