Im Rahmen unserer technologischen Weiterentwicklung bauen wir unseren Lab- und Testing-Bereich weiter aus und treiben die nächste Generation unserer Produkte durch innovative Test- und Validierungsprozesse aktiv voran. Deine Mission
- Du gestaltest aktiv die Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Produkte durch moderne Test- und Validierungsmethoden
- Du entwickelst und optimierst Teststrategien für unsere Pumpen- und Systemlösungen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Produkte höchste Anforderungen in Bezug auf Performance, Sicherheit und Normen erfüllen
- Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Engineering-Teams an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Technologien
- Du trägst dazu bei, Entwicklungszeiten zu verkürzen und die Produktqualität nachhaltig zu steigern

### Deine Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst und erstellst Testspezifikationen sowie automatisierte Testfälle für Serienprodukte
- Du planst, steuerst und führst Tests eigenverantwortlich durch (inkl. Testentwurf, Testschätzung und Testdurchführung)
- Du dokumentierst und bewertest Testergebnisse und leitest daraus technische Empfehlungen ab
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Bereichen Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik und Production Engineering zusammen
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderungen und leitest daraus Testanforderungen sowie Validierungsstrategien ab
- Du stellst sicher, dass funktionale, elektrische und mechanische Anforderungen (inkl. EMV, Sicherheit und Umweltbedingungen) erfüllt werden
- Du verfolgst den Fortschritt deiner Arbeitspakete und stellst Qualität, Kosten- und Zeitziele sicher
- Du erstellst Prüfberichte und präsentierst Testergebnisse gegenüber internen Stakeholdern
- Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Testprozesse und Testinfrastruktur Dein Profil
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Produkttestung, idealerweise im Bereich Pumpen oder vergleichbarer Industrieprodukte
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Testplanung, Versuchsentwicklung und Validierung von Serienprodukten
- Du bist erfahren in der Erstellung technischer Prüfberichte und in der Präsentation von Ergebnissen
- Du hast idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Pumpentechnik sowie in den Branchen Chemie, Pharma oder Biotech
- Du arbeitest sicher mit mechanischen und elektrischen Testaufbauten
- Du kommunizierst sehr gut auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Du überzeugst durch Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert
- Du besitzt einen gültigen Führerschein Was wir Dir bieten
