As our Workplace Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of the employee and visitor experience at our West Fargo headquarters. From welcoming guests and coordinating workplace services to supporting events, facilities, safety initiatives, and day-to-day employee needs, you’ll help keep our workplace organized and running smoothly. If you’re someone who enjoys variety, connecting with people, and taking initiative to make things better, this could be a great fit. Role & Responsibility Administrative Support - Be the face of our NA Headquarter facility, welcoming employees, and visitors at our front desk and answering any general questions. - Support all necessary communications, internally and externally, including telephone coverage, e-mail monitoring, and mail handling., o Open and sort mail, determining level of priority - Manage locker check-out program. - Support meeting requests, as needed. - Assist in the creation of purchase orders and receiving of invoices as needed. ### Facilities and Safety Management - Coordinate lunch orders, snacks, and beverages for NA headquarters. - Mailroom and supply ordering. - Badge management and I9 verification. - Ensure legal postings are accurate at all NA locations. - Coordinate with local support staff to ensure Emergency Response Team is identified and up to date with certifications. - Assist with the coordination and communication of emergency evacuation plans relative to the facility. - Coordinate rental vehicles, as needed. - Oversee the Bobcat store, including inventory, ordering, pricing. ### Job Requirement - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Ability to multi-task - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication - Basic computer skills ### Education - Required: Associate’s Degree ### Experience - Required: 2>5 years ### Travel Required - <10% As a part of the Doosan Group, which employs more than 43,000 people in 38 countries worldwide, the company offers its customers products and solutions to help build stronger businesses and communities.
