We are looking for HR Operations Specialist to join our Bobcat team. As a HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for an experienced and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working with people, data, and HR systems while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization. We´re looking for someone who will take care about: HR Administration Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Prepare employment contracts and HR documentation. Coordinate joiner and leaver activities across EMEA. Support employee access, system setup, and related HR requests. Payroll & Benefits Support Provide administrative support for payroll processes. Assist with employee benefits administration. Ensure accurate employee data for payroll processing. HR Systems & Data Management Maintain employee records in HR systems. Update and validate HR, payroll, and attendance data. Support data accuracy across HR platforms. Reporting Maintain accurate headcount records. Track employee movements and organizational changes. Support regular HR reporting activities. ### What sets you apart 5+ years of experience in HR Administration. Strong knowledge of Czech labor law. Experience with HRIS, payroll, and HR databases. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Czech and communicative English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
