About the role Lead optimisation, transformation and automation of global share plan processes, improving participant experience, operational control and scalability. Routine administration and transaction processing should be delivered through GBO, vendors, automation or self-service wherever possible. Lead UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to-end processes. Drive simplification, standardisation and automation of share plan processes and controls including leading UK and Ireland all employee plans end-to end processes. Lead share plan, projects, system enhancements and transformation initiatives from design through adoption. Improve participant experience by redesigning processes, guidance and service touchpoints. Partner with vendors, GBO/the Reward Hub teams, and internal teams to optimise delivery, reduce manual work and lead share plan communications to improve participant engagement and understanding. Measure efficiency improvements, adoption outcomes and operational benefits from process changes.
