We are looking for an Inventory First Line Manager to join our team, leading a safe, efficient, and high-performing inventory operation while driving operational standards, compliance, and continuous improvement. ✅ KEY ### RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead, motivate and support a team of Inventory Clerks to deliver high levels of stock accuracy - Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies through system analysis and root cause investigation - Monitor and report on inventory KPIs, ensuring performance targets are achieved - Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity across warehouse systems - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance stock accuracy and operational efficiency - Use warehouse management systems and reporting tools to analyse inventory trends and issues ✅ WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Previous inventory, stock control or warehouse administration experience Experience managing or supervising a team Strong IT and systems skills, with confidence analysing data and reports - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes Experience working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment preferred ✅ WHY JOIN US?
