The core responsibilities of this role include: Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product, service, and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution. ### Position 1st Shift Customer Service Rep Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday, Rotating Saturdays, Sunday’s and Holidays are based off of customer needs, Mandatory OT Required Pay: $20.50 In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also have the following skills: Inbound/Outbound, Customer Service, Loading/Unloading, Attention to Detail Be part of the world’s largest logistics company! Shape your world. ### Role Purpose Process orders and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. ### Key Accountabilities Resolve product or service problems: clarify the customer’s complaint, determine the cause of the problem, select and explain the best solution to solve the problems, expedite correction or adjustment, follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain customer records and update account information. Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Assist with order and product management.
