## Job description

BE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF EVERYDAY LIFE Controller & Finance Business Partner Strategic Customer Management | Open Book Contracts Peschiera Borromeo (MI) | Regular business trips to Alessandria At DHL Supply Chain, the world's leading contract logistics provider, we deliver innovative solutions that help our customers succeed. We are looking for a Controller & Finance Business Partner to support a strategic customer, acting as a key link between Finance, Operations, Contract Management, and the customer.

This is a highly visible role combining financial controlling, business partnering, contract management, and customer interaction. You will play a critical role in driving financial transparency, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring alignment between contractual agreements, operational performance, and financial results.

### Key Responsibilities
- Manage Open Book financial models and tariff structures in line with contractual agreements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Deliver accurate customer financial reporting and monthly invoicing
- Perform variance analysis on costs, volumes, productivity, and operational KPIs
- Manage quarterly and annual true-up processes and cost reconciliations
- Support customer and external audits
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to Operations and Contract Management
- Conduct scenario analysis and identify risks and opportunities to improve performance and profitability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making

### What We're Looking For

Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field At least
- 7 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Finance Business Partnering roles
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
- Solid understanding of accounting principles Experience in structured and complex business environments Logistics, transportation, or service industry experience is a plus Advanced Excel skills Fluent English Salary Package: € 42.000 - €50.000
