### Responsibilities

Team Management
- Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members
- Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriate
- Facilitate effective communication
- Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced
- Work in collaboration with other DHL sites to maximise efficiencies and best practice Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels Responsible for the execution and support of the inventory control processes such as Cycle count, Stock take and scrapping.

This includes implementation of controls to monitoring of actual performance. Maintains strong collaboration with inventory supervisor particularly on the investigation of variances.

### Requirements

At least
- 2 years experience in warehousing management in 24/7 operations
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Minimum of 1year experience of team management Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership and motivation skills
- Excellent communicator (verbal & written)
- Knowledge on Quality, Health & Safety requirements Background in Warehouse Management System
