## Job description

### Responsibilities

Support HR administration and maintain employee records and personnel files. Assist with employees' onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and collection. Prepare, organize, scan, file, and update HR-related paperwork and databases. Support HR team implement company's and HR/ Administrative policies and procedures. Occasionally back up the Receptionist during leave periods, including greeting visitors, receiving documents, and handling basic front desk duties (not regularly).

Other assigned tasks by Manager.

### Requirements

Junior/ Senior student (NOT fresh graduated and still be student for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months (COMPULSORY), 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study is acceptable. Candidates wishing to practice in the Human Resources industry, priority who can go to work immediately

Good English skills (especially listening & writing) Good MS Office skills (focus on Excel) Background in Business/ Logistics/ HR is preferable Good organizational skills and attention to detail Willing to learn and able to handle administrative tasks Responsible, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality CAN-DO attitude and hard-working Working time: 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, from
