The core responsibilities of this role include: Loading and unloading; lifting, standing, bending; case picking; moving product with powered equipment; material handling; order picking; assist Supervisor with responsibilities Position: Group Coordinator Lead ### High Lift Operator Shift - Second Shift Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Days: Monday ### Friday Pay - $21.75 per hour + $1.00 Shift Differential Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience operating a electric pallet jack; stand up reach forklift; sit-down forklift previous case picking experience. ### Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using an RF Scanner; previous experience using a stand up forklift; continuous physical demands such as lifting, bending, standing Additional Incentives All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly attendance incentives In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Loading/Unloading product, Lots of lifting, standing, bending and using Stand Up Reach Forklift, Material Handler, Loader/Unloader, Order Picking,A minimum of 6 month’s experience operating material handling equipment is Preferred. Shape your world. ### Role Purpose Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting. Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group. Trains new associates in identified work group. ### Key Accountabilities Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment, narrow isle equipment, utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed. Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas. Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct. Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards. Report quality variances. Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
