## Job description

We are looking for a customer-focused Domestics Executive to manage shipment bookings, coordinate domestic and airfreight operations, ensure timely shipment execution and deliver excellent customer service.

### Job Responsibilities

Manage and process customer shipment bookings accurately and efficiently. Coordinate shipment movements with internal operations teams, transport providers and DHL network offices. Monitor shipments from booking through delivery, ensuring service commitments are met. Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Proactively resolve shipment exceptions and provide timely updates to customers.

Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service. Maintain accurate shipment records and system updates. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements: Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain Experience with minimum 2 years’ in freight forwarding, supply chain or customer service operations Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel & PowerPoint); logistics system experience such as Cargowise (CW1) will be an added advantage. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. This position is located at Iskandar Puteri, Johor We are committed to equal opportunity and reject any forms of discrimination.
