## Job description

### 岗位职责
- 根据客户订单为客户安排提货、发货和出运相关事宜；
- 对进出口货物进行运输追踪并更新货物情况报告给客户和相关方；
- 对货物异常情况进行跟踪处理，如分批到货、破损、索赔等；
- 根据要求，负责相关报表及文件的提供和更新。
- 处理客户问题及投诉。

### 岗位要求
- 大专以上学历，物流、贸易或英语相关专业；
- 具备国际货运代理相关空运知识和经验；
- 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力；
- 良好的沟通和协调能力；
- 有责任感，认真仔细耐心，有良好的抗压能力；
- 有相关工作经验者优先考虑。
