## Job description

### Responsibilities

Product Quality Control: Oversees and monitors the products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure product quality meets required specifications.

### Quality Issue Resolution

Analyze and resolve quality issues arising during the production process. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address issues and improve product quality.

### Documentation and Reporting

Facilitates the development and implementation of quality-related procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and processes. Monitors the quality system compliance of all quality-related procedures, work instructions, SOPs, and processes. Trains and gives advices on quality system requirements.

### Process and Standard Improvement

Suggest and implement improvements in processes to enhance efficiency and minimize quality issues. Review and update quality standards and requirements in line with organizational policies Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance. Knowledge and understanding of quality standards such as ISO, GMP. Excellent communication and coordination skills, both internal and external.
