As a Customer Relations Specialist, you are the primary point of contact for our customers and the essential link between every party involved in the import process. From the moment a shipment is airborne to the moment it reaches the customer, you’re in control. You liaise with customers, carriers, airlines, customs, colleagues across the globe, and your own on-site team. You proactively track shipments, identify irregularities, and resolve issues the moment they arise.
