Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights! ### Streamline Processes Lead and support the Vendor Comunication team to ensure collections are agreed and planned for the following day. Bring together the Inbound and Outbound operations to create synergies and cost savings. ### Monitor Performance Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals. ### Foster Collaboration Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Have previous team supervisor/management experience. Experience using the Paragon Planning tool is desirable. Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
