## Job description

### POSICIÓN

Station Manager UBICACIÓN: Medellín PROPÓSITO: Lidera, desarrolla y controla el negocio a nivel de estación para lograr objetivos comerciales, financieros, operativos, clima laboral y medio ambiente dentro del corto y largo plazo (rentabilidad, ingresos, productividad, participación de mercado, despliegue de recursos humanos y actividades de capacitación, presupuesto) en línea con la estrategia de DHL Group bajo la dirección del Director General de Colombia.

### REQUERIMIENTOS DEL ROL

Profesional en comercio internacional, administración de empresas, ingeniería industrial o afines. Maestría en Administración de Empresas. Nivel de inglés B2 o C1. Mínimo de cinco años de experiencia en la industria de transporte de carga (Agente de carga) específicamente en puestos gerenciales y manejo de personal. Experiencia en la plaza de Medellín/Eje Cafetero.

Manejo de operaciones de comercio exterior Capacidad de Liderazgo Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Orientación al Servicio. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Habilidad para la resolución de problemas Capacidad de adaptación al cambio
