## Job description

### 应收-催收组工作职责
- 整理发送客户月度费用列表，及时发送客户，并实施邮件/电话催收，确保公司应收款项及时回收；
- 熟悉财务业务系统数据，对费用账龄/坏账计提数据保持高度敏感，整理审阅账单数据，处理系统数据异常，保证数据准确性和及时性；
- 审阅业务推送的付款凭证，厘清付款明细，及时清账，保证应收业务核算的及时、真实、准确性；
- 审阅客户授信额度，结合客户资信和数据分析，给出账户额度及账期管理意见，降低公司应收款回款风险；
- 配合处理客户对账单费用疑问或索赔等事项，跟进问题解决进展。

### 应收/催收组任职条件
- 良好的客户沟通技巧，责任感以及客户服务意识；
- 对财务数据有高度敏感性；
- 较强的学习能力，逻辑思维和问题解决能力及良好的抗压能力；
- 熟练使用Excel等office软件；
- 普通话标准，英语良好，粤语熟练；

### 英语，物流，外贸，财务专业择优考虑 应收-销账组工作职责
- 在规定时间内，准确地完成收款对应费用明细在系统的挂账及清销；
- 及时整理挂账金额并及时与前端沟通获取付款明细信息；
- 挂账对账，确保所经手金额的账实相符；
- 完成可能指派的其他月结任务；
- 配合账户查账及其他随机的任务；
- 确保在合规框架下，完成涉及的账务特殊处理。

### 应收/销账组任职条件
- 良好的客户沟通技巧，责任感以及客户服务意识；
- 对财务数据有高度敏感性；
- 较强的学习能力，逻辑思维和问题解决能力及良好的抗压能力；
- 熟练使用Excel等office软件；
- 英文听说读写流利，能独立跟客户进行电话，邮件等沟通,有日语项目组工作经验优先。
