Gather, prioritize, and translate business and customer requirements into product features and user stories. Drive Agile product development and manage the product backlog in collaboration with technical teams. Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML and Advanced Analytics to improve business processes and operational efficiency. Lead the development of customer-facing data products and applied advanced analytics. Present and support the commercialization of customer-facing data products to European business customers. Work closely with Data Engineering, BI, and Software Development teams to ensure successful product delivery. Establish feedback loops with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve products. Monitor product performance, adoption, and business value using relevant KPIs. Support data governance, data quality, and reporting standards across the product landscape. Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders across countries and functions to align product priorities and maximize business impact. Your Profile 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a digital, technology, data, or software-driven environment. Experience working in Agile product development teams, Scrum and tools such as Jira. Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, or similar tools. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, or other AI and automation technologies is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving product initiatives across teams. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage with senior business customers. Open mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive innovation. Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working. Excellent English communication skills. Willingness to travel to Germany and other European countries as required. Knowledge of logistics, eCommerce, parcel delivery, or cross-border operations is an advantage. Why Join Us?
