## Job description

### Responsibilities

1. ดูแลและรับผิดชอบในการจัดพิมพ์ใบ Picking list ให้ทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด และบันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง พร้อมทั้งประสานงาน กับแผนก Operation เพื่อตอบปัญหา เมื่อลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบ 2. ดูแลและรับผิดชอบในการคีย์ข้อมูลให้ทันเวลาตามที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับแผนก Goods Receive ( Import) เพื่อตอบปัญหา เมื่อลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัย 3. ดูแลและรับผิดชอบในการคีย์ข้อมูลให้ทันเวลาตามที่กำหนดพร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับแผนก Goods Receive ( Local) เพื่อตอบปัญหาเมื่อลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัย 4. ดูแลและรับผิดชอบในการคีย์ข้อมูล พร้อมทั้งประสานงานกับแผนก Return เพื่อตอบปัญหา เมื่อลูกค้ามีข้อสงสัย 5. ดูแลระบบที่ใช้ในการคีย์ข้อมูล และแจ้งข้อมูลให้หัวหน้างาน หรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ เมื่อเกิดปัญหา 6. ดูแลและประสานงานกับแผนก operation ในการโอนย้ายสินค้า และบันทึกข้อมูลลงในระบบอย่างถูกต้อง 7. จัดทำ KPI และ report ต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน 8. ช่วยเหลือหัวหน้างานโดยการแจ้งปัญหาทุกอย่างที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมทั้งข้อเสนอแนะ 9. เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรด้านความปลอดภัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบและปฏิบัติตามอย่างเคร่งครัด 10. สวมใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัยส่วนบุคคลตลอดเวลาการทำงานและดูแลรักษาอุปกรณ์ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ดี 11. ปฎิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ คำสั่ง หรือมาตรการความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน 12. ปฏิบัติงานด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานว่าด้วยระบบความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยของบริษัท Requirements
- High vocational certificate or higher
- Experience1-2 years in Warehouse / Logistics field
- Fair command of English, computer literacy at user level, good communication
- Good analytical and problem solving skill and can work fast under pressure Logistics & - Supply Chain Process, Product knowledge
