We're now looking for a Operations Manager! ✅ A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE Effective communication of H&S and Environmental Policy changes and Alerts to all levels in a timely manner. - Ensure the OMS KPI Tree's expected structure of reports is in place, aligning with operational and staff areas that deals with reporting - Support the definition of OMS Roles & Responsibilities ramp-up, adjusting the implementation stages to your work environment and starting point - Develop your TDM according to your Roles & Responsibilities and align it with the of TDM your immediate leader and your team, considering the activities that are connected Review Monthly Resource Planning comparing real vs. forecast of volumes, volume profile and resources assigned ✅ THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO Previous Shift Manager / Operations Manager Experience - Ability to resolve issues effectively and promptly Strong Communicator Experience within the Manufacturing Logistics Sector would be desirable IT Literate, With Microsoft Office Packages ✅ WHY JOIN US?
