## Job description

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER Are you passionate about building strong customer partnerships, uncovering new business opportunities, and turning relationships into sustainable growth? We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can take ownership of strategic customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and win new business opportunities. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that create value and strengthen long-term partnerships.

### What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop key customer accounts as the primary point of contact
- Identify and win new business opportunities while expanding business with existing customers
- Drive account growth and increase share of wallet through proactive account planning
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve customer and business targets
- Develop customer proposals, quotations, rate offers, and contracts Coordinate RFI/RFP/RFQ activities and support effective customer implementation and operational handover
- Conduct regular account reviews and collaborate with regional and sector teams on customer strategies
- Ensure customer expectations are translated into clear SLAs, SOPs, and operational requirements
- Maintain accurate and high-quality Sales360/CRM and quotation data
- Build strong cross-functional collaboration to deliver the right solutions for customers

### What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is an advantage Minimum
- 2 years of relevant experience in Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management, or a related industry Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is an advantage
- Strong customer relationships, communication, negotiation, and commercial skills Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple customer priorities Good command of English, both written and spoken Good computer literacy and confidence working with sales/CRM systems High standards of integrity and professional ethics If you enjoy building meaningful customer relationships while driving business growth, we’d love to hear from you.
