### Job Description

Summary: Logistics coordination & execution to support: a) Parts operations for Service – improving customer experience. b) Equipment deliveries for Commercial – to meet sales revenue.

### Import & Export Customs Clearance
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and related parties for import/export customs clearance.
- Provide supporting documents and verify accuracy of information required for import/export declaration submission
- Track shipment status and manage timelines to avoid additional charges.
- Local transportation
- Coordinate domestic transportation with transport service providers.
- Plan delivery schedule to ensure timely and efficient distribution
- Monitor delivery status until shipment arrival at warehouse or customer site.
- Operations support
- Update internal with shipment status (ETA, delivery completion etc.)
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (Field engineer, Sales, Warehouse operators etc.)
- Support root cause analysis and provide solutions for operational issues.
- Support documentation for audit, billing process.
- Prepare regular reports
- Support other assignments delegated by Logistics Operations Manager Preferred
- Previous experience working in logistics field
- Knowledge of FDA import process
- Strong communication and coordination skills

### Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in import/export process, transport, international freight, warehousing.
- Strong understanding of import documentation, import license and Customs procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
