## Job description

### Responsibilities

Inbound Operations Supervise receiving, unloading, checking, and put-away activities to ensure inventory accuracy and timely processing. Ensure compliance with inbound schedules and customer service requirements. Monitor receiving discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory variances, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with Inventory and Customer Service teams regarding inventory and system-related concerns. Ensure proper storage and adherence to warehouse standards.

Outbound Operations Supervise order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch activities. Ensure all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped within agreed service levels. Monitor daily dispatch plans and coordinate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries. Address operational issues that may impact fulfillment performance and customer satisfaction. Ensure outbound documentation and system transactions are completed accurately and on time.

Team Leadership & Performance Management Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve operational objectives. Conduct daily toolbox meetings, shift briefings, and performance reviews. Monitor productivity, attendance, discipline, and overall team performance. Allocate manpower and resources effectively based on operational workload. Promote employee engagement and teamwork within the operation.

### Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any course At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. Minimum 1-2 years of team leadership experience in warehouse operations. Experience handling inbound and outbound processes in a distribution center environment is preferred. Strong leadership and people management skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.

Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required. Physically capable of supporting warehouse floor operations and conducting operational inspections.
