## Job description

### Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers. Process booking orders and coordinate shipment handovers to Operations. Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate updates and exceptions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and feedback professionally. Provide spot quotations and identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Build strong customer relationships and support customer retention.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and service excellence. Support sustainability initiatives and customer requests related to Go Green programs.

### What We're Looking For

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. Team player with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

### Years Of Experience

1- 3 years / fresh are encouraged to apply
