We are seeking an experienced PM Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Derrimut site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued customers. To be successful in this role, you will have: Superior knowledge and proven experience of Transport operations within a 3PL environment Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning Exceptional end to end knowledge of supply chain and transport operations, with a background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills Experience with TMS systems If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to our success whilst building your career within a global organisation, apply now!
