Unified Communication and Collaboration team is part of DHL ITS Digital Workspace Services – Collaboration department. This role is Principal Support specialist and includes work on build activities and various projects, proactive & reactive support, high level technical support of team managing the daily operations of the UCC (Unified Communication and Collaboration) Services globally. ### About the team Global UCC team builds, supports and maintains various services, mainly MS Teams (incl. telephony and voice gateways). The team is responsible for global solutions mostly based on cloud technologies. The managed services are consumed by more than 400 000 users and this global team operates from 3 regions (Asia: MY, Europe: CZ, Americas: CR and US).
