You make sure your team performs well, feels valued and continues to develop. - Monitor operations and align with fellow Teamleaders to keep things running smoothly - Coach team members on their performance and personal development - Create a safe, welcoming and supportive working environment - Conduct performance, absence and development conversations - Keep workforce planning and time registration up to date This is you You’re a natural leader who understands both people and processes. You thrive on collaboration, keep a cool head and always think ahead.
