## Job description

- Monitor time-critical shipments across all transport milestones and service commitments
- Track shipment status, risks, delays and disruptions across global networks Obtain and validate shipment updates from carriers and operational partners
- Inform customers proactively on status changes, delays and delivery expectations
- Coordinate corrective and recovery actions for shipments deviating from plan
- Escalate critical exceptions, service failures and operational risks
- Maintain accurate shipment data in transport management and tracking systems
- Document communications, actions, decisions and escalation activities
- Contribute to monitoring and customer communication improvements
- Liaise with customers, operations, leadership and external tracking partners Completed vocational training or Bachelor's degree, preferably in logistics, transportation, supply chain management or related fields; equivalent experience will also be considered
- 2+ years of relevant experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, customer service, control tower operations or a similar environment Understanding of international logistics, transport processes & lifecycles Experience in shipment tracking, monitoring, exception management or control tower activities Experience with TMS, ERP, CRM or tracking platforms Good written & spoken English
- Strong organizational, prioritization & problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments with attention to detail
- Ability to work in shift-based or extended-hours environments About time:matters Netherlands B.V.
