Aufgaben Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) wirst du Teil unseres Teams in der Instandhaltung und kannst dich an der Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches und den innovativen Projekten aktiv beteiligen. ### Im Schwerpunkt sind dies folgende Themen Unterstützung bei der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten Datenbereinigung, Erfassung und Aufbereitung von Altsystemdaten für die Integration in neue Digitalisierungslösungen Erfassung und Dokumentation von Prozessen sowie Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen im Instandhaltungsmanagement und Flottenmanagement Identifizierung von Optimierungsmöglichkeiten in bestehenden Prozessen Schulung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden bei der Anpassung an neue digitiale Prozesse und Tools Voraussetzungen Wir suchen motivierte und kreative Unterstützung, die mit anpackt und Freude daran hat, unsere Projekte im Bereich MRO Ground Support Equipment zu gestalten. Was brauchen wir? Einschreibung in einem Bachelorstudiengang vorzugsweise im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Vergleichbarem Gute Auffassungsgabe sowie Mut und die Fähigkeit sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten Erste Projekterfahrungen Grundlegendes Verständnis von Digitalisierungstools und Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich Instandhaltungs- und Flottenmanagement Sehr gute Selbstorganisation sowie eine sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket und Interesse an anderen IT-Systemen Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Darüber hinaus freuen wir uns über ein kurzes Motivationsschreiben!
