## Job description

Would you like to join the world’s leading aviation MRO provider as an intern for up to 6 months? You'll gain hands-on experience in market research, business performance analysis, customer relations, and strategic initiatives across the Americas. Apply now!

Tasks Your main tasks include, among others:
- Support the Customer Service team in customer service activities for customers throughout the Americas
- Create performance reports for existing Lufthansa Technik business in the Americas
- Conduct market research in the largest aircraft maintenance market in the world
- Support preparation of customer & management presentations Actively participate in strategy summits & customer service conferences and contribute to the success of Lufthansa Technik in the Americas
- All other duties as assigned or required Requirements The ideal Intern at EPAR should fulfil the following requirements: Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program with an emphasis on Business, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics, Finance, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Strong interest in business development Fluent level of English
- Excellent computer skills Advanced knowledge of AI and MS Office applications High level of self-management and drive to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
- CV/Resume required
- Company will not provide relocation assistance
