In einem Expertenteam für Adhoc-Materialbeschaffung und Logistik der Lufthansa Airlines mitzuwirken, klingt für Sie spannend? Seien auch Sie dabei! Aufgaben Als AOG Desk Duty Officer steuern Sie weltweit die Ressourcen und Abläufe für die Adhoc-Materialbeschaffung und -disposition. Sie optimieren dabei den Einsatz unter variablen Bedingungen, stets mit Blick auf wirtschaftliche und operationelle Effizienz. Entscheidungsfindung zur besten wirtschaftlichen Lösung (z.B. Purchasing, Loan, Exchange) Adhoc-Sourcing und Bereitstellung von dringend benötigten Flugzeugersatzteilen Überwachung und Beschleunigung der Zulieferer im AOG-Fall Lösung von weltweiten AOG-Fällen auf Station Beauftragung, Koordination und Tracking von AOG-Transporten Enge Kommunikation und Koordination mit Maintenance, Planungsleitung, Trouble Shooting und Engineering Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung Weiterbildung zum Fachkaufmann Einkauf, Logistik o.ä. wünschenswert Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Materialwirtschaft optimalerweise in der Luftfahrt Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Zoll und Exportkontrolle (von Vorteil? /hilfreich?) Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem IT-Tool AMOS Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Organisationsgeschick Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit Über Deutsche Lufthansa AG Die Lufthansa Group ist ein weltweit operierender Luftverkehrskonzern.
